The wheels, however, feel heavier in the Sport and Sport+ modes and may need correction at lower speeds. The steering wheel also falls short when compared the rapid one found in the Alfa Romeo Giulia and the Mercedes AMG.

The current 440 doesn’t differentiate itself that much from what the 4-Series had going on in its interior and exterior. There are a few key differences in its proportions, nevertheless. The BMW 440i is a pleaser for car enthusiasts fascinated by pace, elegance and handling antics. However, drivers might enjoy the 2-Series more as it offers more thrill. The 4-door 4-Series Gran Coupe also features better practicality when compared to the small style trade-off.
